Title: Magnetically Activatable Nanoassemblies for Targeted Immunomodulation of Autoimmune Hepatitis

Abstract:This dissertation, funded as part of the ANR MAGNETIMA project, aims to develop activatable magnetic nanoassemblies for the targeted treatment of autoimmune hepatitis. These systems will combine iron oxide nanoparticles, an immunosuppressive active ingredient, and an antigenic peptide to achieve both controlled release and specific immune tolerance. Their formulation, characterization, and biological fate will be studied in particular using Magnetic Particle Imaging, in collaboration with consortium partners.
