Patrick Giraudeau, a Professor at CEISAM, was awarded the medal of honorary member of the Réseau Francophone de Métabolomique et Fluxomique (RFMF), during the 17th RFMF scientific days held in Paris from June 11 to 13, 2025.

Created in 2005, the RFMF aims to bring together people who contribute to the development of metabolomics and fluxomics and, more broadly, the global analysis of metabolism in French-speaking countries, to facilitate relations between researchers, and to ensure their representation in national and international organizations. The honorary membership medal is a scientific distinction awarded annually by the RFMF. Patrick Giraudeau (who was RFMF vice-president from 2015 to 2023) was awarded this distinction by Audrey Le Gouellec, RFMF president, and presented his work to the community gathered for the scientific days.
