The honey harvest from the CEISAM laboratory hives has just been completed. Installed on the ISOMER laboratory site, these hives are maintained throughout the year thanks to the joint involvement of members from both laboratories, who closely monitor the bees and take part in the honey harvest.
This spring’s harvest was exceptional: nearly 100 kg of honey were collected from only three hives!
