A CEISAM researcher in the 2021 Early Career Advisory Board of JACS Au

Morgane Vacher, researcher at CEISAM, has been nominated to be a member of the first Early Career Advisory Board of the Journal of American Chemical Society Au.

The American Chemical Society (ACS) has recently launched a new type of open access journal, the Journal of American Chemical Society (JACS) Au. The latter reports significant research discoveries in all fields of chemistry and seeks to build on the high impact Journal of the American Chemical Society (JACS). In addition to the conventional editorial advisory board composed of mostly senior and midcareer scientists and engineers, JACS Au appoints an Early Career Advisory Board on an annual basis. Nominees are typically 3 to 10 years post PhD. Morgane Vacher, a theoretical chemist at CEISAM, has been nominated to be a member of the first Early Career Advisory Board. The role of the Early Career Advisory Board is to advise the journal editors, for instance on emerging trends in chemistry and publishing.
