ERC Projects

CEISAM institute has been granted 5 ERC (European Research Council) funded research projects:
ATTOP, DINAMIX, MARCHES, SUMMIT and UNMIX.
The ERC’s mission is to encourage the highest quality research in Europe through competitive funding and to support investigator-driven frontier research across all fields, on the basis of scientific excellence.
Led by Jean-Nicolas DUMEZ
Dates: 2025 – 2030
Financials: 1 995 506 € ERC Consolidator Grant
The UNMIX project aims at obtaining the clean NMR spectrum of the compounds involved in a chemical reaction, from data collected directly from the reaction mixutre, for applications in chemical synthesis.
Led by par Morgane Vacher
Dates: October 2022 - September 2027
Financials: 1.5M€ (ERC Starting Grant n° 101040356) + 0.1 M€ of additional regional support (PdL)
ATTOP is a theoretical chemistry project that aims to explore the synergy between the two fields of attosecond science and photochemistry.
Led by Patrick GIRAUDEAU
September 2019 – September 2025
Financials: 2 M€ ERC Consolidator Grant (n° 814747, 2019-2025).
SUMMIT is a project led by Patrick Giraudeau aiming at exploring the potential of hyperpolarized multi-dimensional NMR for “omics” sciences.
Led by Jean-Nicolas DUMEZ
Dates: 2019 – 2024
Financials: 1.5 M€
The DINAMIX project (Real-time diffusion NMR analysis of mixtures) is aiming at developing NMR methods for the analysis of out-of-equilibrium mixtures.
Led by par Denis JACQUEMIN
Dates: 2012 – 2016
Financials: 1.5 M€ (ERC Grant n° 278845) + 0.1 M€ of additional regional support (PDL).
The MARCHES ERC aimed to develop and apply theoretical tools to optimize multi-photochromic molecular systems.
